3/ refine
Once the initial proposal is shared, we work closely with the client to refine the itinerary and its inclusions.
Adjustments are made based on client feedback to ensure every detail aligns with their expectations.
2/ CURATe
A curation fee is payable to move on to the next step, covering the time, expertise, and research involved in developing a full proposal.
The fee is applied towards the final cost upon confirmation.
4/ complete
Once the proposal is approved by the client, we collect a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking and secure all arrangements.
The same dedicated Destination Expert then follows the project to completion.
